The constitutional rights of free American citizens are under attack from the radical left and almost everywhere else. Their hysteria is without bounds. Their knee jerk reaction to gun violence is appalling. Instead of blaming 'Little Johnny" for breaking multiple laws at the time of the shootings, "THEY", want to blame guns. Without human action a gun NEVER harmed or killed anyone!
Wherever you live, please write, call or Email your Senators and Congressman/Congresswoman and let them know you are tired of the incessant attacks on the Second Amendment and the freedom guaranteed to you by it.

What is an assault rifle? In a strict definition, a firearm must have at least all of the the following characteristics to be considered an assault rifle:
It must be an indivdual rifle.
It must be capable of selective fire. Semi-auto or full auto.
It must have an intermediate-power cartridge: more power than a pistol but less than a standard rifle or battle rifle.
Its ammunition must be supplied from a detachable box magazine.
It should have an effective range of at least 300 metres (330 yards).

Military firearm that is chambered for
ammunition of reduced size or propellant charge
and has the capacity to switch between semiautomatic and fully automatic fire.
The draconian "DPRC" (more commenly known as the state of California) has recently passed into law their own unbelievable re-definition of what an assualt weapon is.
